Tours

Tours of the facilities at the National Archives are provided upon request to schools, organizations and other groups who wish to acquaint themselves with the holdings and functions of the archives. Interested persons are asked to contact the Archives at least one day in advance to make adequate arrangements.

The Archives also mounts thematic exhibitions throughout the year to highlight significant events in Trinidad and Tobago ’s history. Presently our annual exhibits include:

• Carnival- February/March    
• Spiritual Baptist/Shouter Baptist Liberation Day- March 30
• Indian Arrival - May 30
• Emancipation -August 1
• Independence/Republic- August 31-September 24
